So many of us are feeling run down and exhausted this week. Today I wanted to offer you a 15 minute guided meditation to help us slow things down, recharge, and refuel.

I can personally tell you I have experience all of the above benefits! It is the reason I have made meditation a part of my life, especially during these turbulent times. I find that meditation just recenters me and grounds me when I am feeling frazzled.
