How to take time for you

Are you always so busy serving others that you wind up putting yourself on the back burner or having very little time to do the things you love? What if you could actually work on your dream project or even just enjoy a cup of coffee in silence? Well, in most cases, you can!

Making time for yourself is the topic of this week's video!


  • Ask yourself, "What's the worst thing that could happen if I took 20 to 30 minutes for myself?" Really push yourself to answer this question.

  • Remember that we teach people how to treat us.

  • Set a timer and commit to following through on your "me time" even if it might be difficult at first!

I also discuss how to retrain others and I offer tips on how to deal with the guilt of taking care of yourself. You are worth taking care of!
