l've been sleeping better - with better quality sleep - and my sleeping heart rate has gone down a bit, too. I've also been struggling a lot this year with feelings that I can't really identify a root cause for. Everything just felt so jumbled. But this week? I've had some pretty big epiphanies. Seriously feel like Sunday was the sun coming up and clearing out the fog. Plus work has felt less stressful even though the stress hasn't stopped (I work in a director level leadership role) and that alone has been HUGE.

I'm sleeping better and just have the energy now to keep going long after I would have had to stop. And I'm stopping when my body says to. It's been incredible! I've been more able to stay present when dealing with difficult patients. I just had one the other day that would have left me shaking and furious inside for days, but a couple of hours after dealing with him, I was good and able to release that negativity instead of suppressing and holding onto it.
