About Your Guide

As a certified Somatic Exercise Teacher and Somatic/Embodied Yoga Teacher, I've experienced firsthand how these practices revolutionize our relationship with our bodies and lives. My training in somatic yoga has deepened my understanding of how movement, breath, and emotional expression create lasting nervous system regulation and authentic embodiment.
